Refund Policy

1. Course fees

Fees paid for ETECHNOEDGE courses (ADCA, Web Development, and others in the course catalog) are refundable only under the conditions below. Course access, live class seats, and exam attempts are allocated once payment is confirmed.

2. Eligibility for a refund

• Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of registration and before any class or exam attendance
• 50% refund if you cancel within 7 days of registration, having attended no more than one class
• No refund once more than one class has been attended, or after 7 days from registration
• Duplicate or accidental double payments are fully refunded once verified — see our grievance process to report one

3. Service engagements

For web development, digital marketing, and other project-based services, refund terms are set out in the individual service agreement or quote accepted for that engagement, since scope and work-in-progress vary by project.

4. How to request a refund

Email etechnoindia0@gmail.com with your registration/reference number, or submit a grievance ticket for a tracked response.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
